Educational Qualification:
Steno-Typist: SSLC passed + Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand:- (i) by Higher/Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) (ii) by Higher/Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/Junior Grade in English (or) (iii) by Higher/Senior Grade in English and Lower/Junior Grade in Tamil. Note:- Candidates who possess intermediate grade shall choose Junior Grade column, as the intermediate grade is not treated as equivalent to Senior Grade.
Computer Operator: Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or) Computer application in recognized university (or) B.A./B.Sc,/B.Com with diploma in computer application from Recognized University + Typewriting Junior Grade English and Tamil.
Typist: SSLC passed jobs + Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting (i) by Higher/ Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) (ii) by Higher/ Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or) (iii) by Higher/ Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Junior Assistant: SSLC passed
Senior Bailiff: SSLC Passed preferable knowledge in computers
Examiner & Reader: SSLC passed
Junior Bailiff: SSLC passed
Xerox Operator: SSLC Passed + Practical experience for the period of not less than 6 months in the operation of Xerox machines.
Office Assistants: VIII Passed
Night Watchman cum- Masalchi / Masalchi: Able to read & Written Tamil
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Written Exam and Interview.
